Returns & Exchange Policy

For utmost satisfaction of our customers, we have a flexible Returns and Exchange policy. However, there are few important things to note when you want to return a product that you purchased.

Please make sure that you understand our product return policy and that you meet all the below given criteria.

You can return unused items by post within 7 working days of receipt of your goods.

The first step is to contact My Gift Souq team by going to “Contact us” page. Then, provide us with the following information:

  • Write Refund or Exchange as the subject (in the Contact Page form).
  • Provide valid reason for the refund or exchange.
  • Provide photographs of the product clearly showing the problem with the item, if possible.
  • Details of the requested replacement item – the item number, name and colour (For exchange).
  • Your shipping address, full name and phone number.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from My Gift Souq will be accepted for a return or exchange.
  • Free Delivery on purchase over 2 or More products.

Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all the elements.
